1. Shipping / Returns

Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 5 – 8 business days. Keep in mind that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Please allow for complete processing times before inquiring about your order.

International Shipping

We ship our International orders via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International upon request. Sacred Ground Herbals is not responsible for any shipments that are held at customs or any additional duty or customs fees acquired.

Returns

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of being placed. Once an order is in processing, no changes can be made.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Sacred Ground Herbals is not responsible for stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong location due to address errors or delivery delays by USPS/UPS. Customers must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. We will gladly provide tracking information to support your claim.
