OWNER & HERBALIST
I'm the herbalist, medicine maker, and founder behind Sacred Ground Herbals. For over 20 years, I've been devoted to studying consciousness, holistic health, and the deeper relationship between people and plants. My path has taken me across different cultures and traditions, where I've had the honor of learning from indigenous communities and their ways of working with plant medicine.
Being part Native American, this connection runs deep for me. I've spent many years immersed in ceremonial spaces, sitting with the plants and the teachings they carry. Over time, it became clear that my role is to help bridge that wisdom into modern wellness—sharing it in a way that's respectful, grounded, and accessible, so I decided to further my education and formally study western herbalism to become a clinical herbalist.
Along the way, I found myself just as drawn to the sky as I was to the earth. I became deeply fascinated with astrology, just as the ancients were, and the relationship between planetary movement and the body. I went on to study at the Academy of Astrological Arts & Science, where I immersed myself in medical astrology and the correlations between the stars, our health, and herbal medicine.
I love weaving these worlds together—plants and planets, body and cosmos—to create a more holistic, intuitive approach to healing.
Everything I create is an extension of that journey—rooted in tradition, guided by experience, and made with the intention to support others in reconnecting with their own healing.
